Working with organisations to create an age-inclusive working environment for new hires and for existing workers
With the ever-changing landscape of our workforce, and the growth in older workers either choosing to continue to work, or seeking work, the need for a successful inter-generational workforce is more important now than ever.
The benefits derived by an age-friendly employer that supports the needs of all employees regardless of age, is often leading the way in how organisations embrace the need to change, and to create an all-encompassing approach to the wellbeing of it's workers.
For those organisations that take inclusivity seriously, they are already seeing payback in terms of a happier and more committed employee base who recognise their welfare is being taken seriously, and reap the benefits rewarded by increased productivity and loyalty.

Realizing that both parties are either aware of it or are unaware of it, of what comes to be a norms at work. Typically recommending that this kind of training be held and shared with more staff.”

Two years ago, we ran a survey that revealed just how tough that journey can be.
Now we’re asking again: 𝗛𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱, is it getting better, or worse?
This new survey explores what it’s like to look for work over 50, how companies and recruiters are treating candidates, the level of government support available, and what’s helping or holding people back.

Please share this survey far and wide to anyone you feel can contribute, on any platform or group where it might reach someone with a story to tell. The more responses we receive, the clearer the picture will be.
You can make a difference by sharing your experiences and your story.
By collating as much information as we can in this survey, we hope to publish the real impact and behaviours towards those over 50 through their job hunting journey.
By gathering as much input as we can, we hope to highlight how difficult it really is, the lack of true support, and what needs to change for the better.
